This tool combines multiple PDF files into a single document by reading each file's pages directly in your browser and copying them, in the order you specify, into one new PDF. You can reorder files before merging using the up and down arrows next to each one.
Unlike many free PDF merge tools that upload your files to a server for processing, this tool uses client-side JavaScript to combine your PDFs locally on your device. Your files are never transmitted anywhere, which matters when merging documents containing sensitive or private information.
Upload cover-letter.pdf (1 page), resume.pdf (2 pages), and references.pdf (1 page), in that order, giving a 4-page combined document. If you then use the up arrow to move references.pdf above resume.pdf, the merged output becomes cover letter, references, resume, each source file's internal page order is preserved exactly, only the order of the files (and therefore their page blocks) relative to each other changes.
Uploading files and assuming you can reorder individual pages within one file, the up/down arrows reorder whole files relative to each other, not individual pages inside a single source file, use Split PDF first if you need to reorder pages within one document.
